St. Peter Island

St. Peter Island is a small rocky island in the Black Sea, located just east of St. Ivan Island near Sozopol. Known as the “Island of the Birds,” it is notable for its white cliffs, shaped in part by the many seabirds nesting there, and for its protected natural environment. Although much smaller than neighboring St. Ivan, the island also has archaeological significance, which makes it an interesting natural and historical landmark in the Sozopol Bay area.
