The RITZ Specialty Coffee is a polished coffee and aperitivo bar on Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard 12A, right next to Crystal Garden in central Sofia. Unlike most of the city's specialty cafés, which lean into a craft, no-frills aesthetic, The RITZ takes the opposite route — elegant interior, attention to every detail, and an atmosphere closer to a Viennese coffee house than to a typical Sofia coffee spot. The team roasts their own specialty-grade beans (SCA 80+), and their cappuccino, made with competition-grade milk technique, has earned a serious local reputation as one of the best in the city.
