Soul Kitchen

Soul Kitchen is a distinctive restaurant and art space located in the Lozenets quarter of Sofia, at 13 Kokiche Street, Sofia Municipality. The restaurant was founded by a group of friends and culinary enthusiasts as an expression of their philosophy of preparing fresh, quality food and their vision for how it should be presented — described as a superb symbiosis between culinary art and visual art. The interior is notable for its unconventional and refined style, combining elements from different design periods and aesthetics in a way that is simultaneously stimulating and comfortable, and art is considered an inseparable part of the Soul Kitchen experience: from the balance on the plate to the picture on the wall. The restaurant's doors are open to modern art and young Bulgarian artists, regularly hosting photography, graphics, and painting exhibitions whose works harmonise with the restaurant's atmosphere. A garden — known as the Soul Bazaar — serves as a gathering space for like-minded guests connected through similar concepts and philosophies. The kitchen's defining philosophy is a commitment to minimally processed, clean food: dishes are prepared at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius, seasoned only with Himalayan salt and cold-pressed olive oil, using carefully sourced, quality ingredients — an approach that prioritises the natural flavour and nutritional integrity of the produce. The menu includes original dishes, memorable desserts, and a variety of daily specials, complemented by purified water, tonic drinks, and a rich selection of wines. A daily lunch menu and delivery across Sofia are available. Wi-Fi is provided.
