EN: LATE Café & Roastery at Paradise Center is the flagship and first location of this ambitious Bulgarian specialty coffee brand, set on the ground floor of the mall at 100 Cherni Vrah Boulevard. It opened in 2021 with a bold concept — to turn craft coffee into something approachable for a wider audience — and the space reflects that ambition: a minimalist, architect-designed interior by Studio Precht, custom-made furniture, and an on-site roastery that supplies the bar with freshly roasted beans. The menu focuses on espresso-based drinks and filter methods, with over a dozen coffees to choose from and baristas who can walk you through the flavor notes of each. There's also a small selection of pastries and a merch corner with sustainable cups and accessories. It's a good stop if you want to experience specialty coffee in a polished, modern setting — and a useful break from the pace of shopping at Paradise Center.
