    Tony GiGi Burgas

Tony GiGi Burgas is one of the city's more refined fine-dining addresses, set inside the Promenade Hotel on Tsar Simeon I Street 1 — right by the Sea Garden and the pedestrian heart of Burgas, with sea views from the dining room. The brand started in Nesebar and opened this Burgas branch in 2023, quickly claiming a place among the top-ranked restaurants in the city (currently around 4.7 on TripAdvisor and in the top 15–20 out of more than a hundred Burgas restaurants). The concept leans into author-driven cooking that pulls from Balkan, Mediterranean and Asian traditions — Thai-spiced shrimp and coconut-ginger Thai soups, octopus carpaccio with radish, truffle and parmesan, crispy beef tongue, teriyaki chicken, BBQ pork skewers, surf and turf with beef and shrimp, and slow-cooked beef cheeks on polenta, alongside a regularly rotating list of seasonal specials. The interior is striking in its own right: two carefully designed rooms with oil paintings that rotate periodically, ceramic wall installations, and plating that matches the visual ambition. A proper wine list and curated cocktails round things out. The kitchen works daily from 11:00 to 23:00, which makes it equally suited to a long lunch with a view, a business meal, or a special-occasion dinner. A natural pick for anyone in Burgas who wants a polished, gastronomy-focused meal rather than a casual seaside tavern.
