Partnership Terms

1. Subject of Service

CityGuide.bg ("the Platform") offers paid sponsorship packages for businesses, including but not limited to: promoted placement of businesses, events, and attractions on the Platform; featured listings in city guides; inclusion in rankings and curated content; and other digital visibility services as described in the selected package.

These terms apply to all B2B sponsorship and partnership agreements between the Partner (business entity) and CityGuide.bg, operated by Triphack EOOD.

2. Activation & Duration

Upon successful payment, the service will be activated within 5 (five) business days. The duration of each package is as specified at the time of purchase and begins from the date of activation, not the date of payment.

The Partner will receive a confirmation email with the activation date and the expected end date of the service period.

3. Content & Materials

The Partner is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date content, including business information, descriptions, photos, and any other materials required for the selected package.

CityGuide.bg reserves the right to edit, adapt, or reject content that does not meet quality standards, contains misleading information, or violates applicable laws. Any significant changes will be communicated to the Partner.

4. Content Rights

The Partner retains full ownership of all materials provided. By submitting content, the Partner grants CityGuide.bg a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display, reproduce, and distribute said content on the Platform for the duration of the active service period.

Upon expiration or termination of the service, CityGuide.bg will remove promoted content within 10 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice (email) at least 14 days before the desired termination date.

CityGuide.bg reserves the right to terminate the service immediately in cases of:

• Violation of these terms or applicable laws
• Submission of misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Non-payment of agreed fees

6. Payment & Invoicing

All prices on the Platform are listed in EUR (Euro). Payment can be made via Stripe (credit/debit card) or bank transfer. The Partner is responsible for any applicable bank transfer fees.

An invoice will be issued within 5 (five) business days of receiving payment. The Partner is responsible for providing correct and complete billing details (company name, VAT number, registered address) at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

CityGuide.bg provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee specific business results such as number of views, clicks, or conversions. The Platform's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Partner for the specific package.

CityGuide.bg is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Data Protection

Personal data of the Partner's contact persons (name, email, phone) is processed solely for the purpose of service delivery and communication related to the sponsorship agreement, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian legislation.

9. Amendment of Terms

CityGuide.bg reserves the right to amend these Partnership Terms. In the event of changes, the Partner will be notified via email at least 30 (thirty) days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the service after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
