The Builder's House (Domat na Stroitelya) is a distinctive restaurant located at 119 Primorski Boulevard in the centre of Varna, Varna Municipality, Varna Region — in a building declared a monument of culture, situated directly opposite the Varna Sea Garden, in immediate proximity to the Festival Complex and the Odesos District Municipality. The house was built approximately 120 years ago and is distinguished by its architectural style characteristic of old Varna. The restaurant opened on 4 November and has quickly established itself as one of the most characterful dining addresses in the city.
