Savage Garden is a stylish restaurant and garden located in the Borovo quarter of Sofia, at 61A Pirinski Prohod Street, Sofia Municipality, open every day from 11:00 to 23:00. The restaurant combines a beautiful garden with an elegant and comfortable interior, creating an atmosphere suited both to special occasions and to relaxed everyday dining. The venue accommodates up to 70 seated guests and can host cocktail events of up to 100 people, making it a popular choice for corporate events, birthdays, christenings, and private parties. Wi-Fi, parking, card payment, air conditioning, a children's corner, delivery, catering, and a daily lunch menu are all available. The menu presents precisely selected seasonal dishes drawing on the best of Bulgarian national flavours and international cuisines, with an emphasis on fish specialities, grilled dishes, and creative European cooking — all prepared with attention to detail. Signature dishes from the Restaurant Week menu give a sense of the kitchen's style: spinach roulade with goat cheese and blueberries with balsamic reduction; duck magret with celery purée, tempura carrots, and wine-cherry sauce; pork fillet "Black Angel" with creamy potato mousseline and wild mushroom reduction; and a mille-feuille with pumpkin cream and raspberry coulis.
