NOA Coffee Shop Millennium is one of the two Sofia locations of the Bulgarian premium coffee brand NOA — short for "Nobility Of Arabica." Set inside Millennium Center at 89D Vitosha Boulevard, it sits along the city's main pedestrian strip, a few minutes' walk from NDK and the heart of downtown. Unlike most of the city's specialty coffee spots, NOA leans into an "urban luxury" aesthetic — elegant, polished, and a notable departure from the usual craft look. The blends use 100% Arabica beans rated above 83 points by the ACE specialty system, sourced from Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, and Ethiopia, and roasted on a Loring machine. Alongside the standard espresso, cappuccino, and flat white, the menu leans into a creative latte selection — classic, matcha, strawberry, blueberry, pumpkin spice — plus cold brew, espresso tonics, and a thoughtful range of pastries and lighter desserts.
