    Lime Cafe & Cocktails

Lime Cafe & Cocktails is a small, beloved spot tucked behind the trees on Graf Ignatiev Street 40, in central Sofia, just opposite the gardens of Sveti Sedmochislenitsi Church. Despite its modest size, it pulls off an unusually wide register: a craft coffee shop in the morning — including a standout Turkish coffee with cardamom — a calm spot for afternoon cake (the signature lime cake is a regular favorite), and a proper cocktail bar by night, with bartenders who also run occasional cocktail master classes. The vibe is intimate and a bit chic, with sockets at every table, free Wi-Fi, and a relaxed jazz-leaning soundtrack that makes it equally suited to remote work, a casual date, or catching up with friends. The outdoor seating, shaded by trees and looking out toward the church and passing retro trams, is one of the nicer spots in this part of the city for people-watching. Drinks lean creative, with homemade lemonades, a thoughtful tea selection, and a small but well-built cocktail list. A reliable all-day pick — coffee at 9, cocktails at 9, both done well.
