    Canetti House „La Butika"

Canetti House in Ruse is a historic late-19th-century building closely linked to the Canetti family and the Nobel Prize–winning writer Elias Canetti. Designed by architect Nikos (Negoho) Bedrosyan and built in 1898, it originally functioned as the family’s commercial house, with a wholesale grocery store—an early world Canetti later recalls in his memoirs. Today the building is recognized as a cultural monument and is part of Ruse’s city heritage routes, while also serving as a space for cultural initiatives and events connected to the Canetti legacy.
