Roman Forum of Plovdiv
The Roman Forum of Plovdiv is an ancient public square that served as the administrative, commercial, and social center of Philippopolis during the Roman period. Built in the 1st century AD, the forum once included temples, colonnades, shops, and public buildings. Today, its preserved remains—located near the Central Post Office—offer visitors a glimpse into the urban life and architectural grandeur of the ancient city.
