House-Museum Klianti
Klianti House is one of the finest examples of Plovdiv’s early Revival-era urban architecture, located in the Architectural and Historical Reserve Old Plovdiv. The house dates back to the mid-18th century and is celebrated for its richly decorated interiors—vivid wall paintings, polychrome ceilings and ornate alafrangi niches that turn the rooms into a true work of decorative art. After careful restoration, it functions as a house-museum, offering visitors an atmospheric glimpse into the lifestyle, taste and craftsmanship of Plovdiv’s wealthy households in the 18th–19th centuries.
