Incanto restaurant
Incanto is one of Burgas' best-known restaurant brands, built around two addresses in the city — the main spot on Baba Ganka Square 4 in the historic center, and a second branch on the second floor of Mall Galleria Burgas. Opened in 2009, the original Incanto has spent over a decade building up a loyal local following and a clear house style: Mediterranean and Italian cooking with a serious fish and seafood focus, a proper sushi program with an open sushi bar where you can watch the chefs work, and wood-fired Incanto pizza that won the Bulgarian "Zlatnata Lopata" ("Golden Peel") national award in 2011 and a best-pizza distinction at the World Championship in Salsomaggiore, Italy, in 2012. The menu spans starters, focacce, pasta, risotto, sushi (from the bar and the conveyor line), charcoal-grilled meats and fish, plant-based options, and homemade desserts. The space itself is one of the restaurant's selling points — a collection of distinct rooms, a lush garden, a covered terrace and a warm winter lounge, all with a careful, atmospheric design by the team behind it. A lunch menu, a loyalty program, and a proper wine and cocktail list round things out. Open daily from morning through late evening. A natural pick for a long dinner, a special-occasion lunch, or for anyone in Burgas who wants one of the city's more ambitious kitchens without leaving the center.
